Product Manager – Network & Security
Role Description:
The Product Manager for Network and Security is a full-time, on-site role based in Pristina. This role is responsible for managing and expanding the portfolio of network and security products, including vendor relationship management, product lifecycle oversight, and pricing strategy. The Product Manager will analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, technical, and marketing teams. Daily activities include coordinating with vendors and partners, providing product training and support to internal teams, preparing product documentation and presentations, and monitoring performance against targets. The role also involves supporting key clients with solution design guidance, maintaining high product knowledge, and ensuring that network and security offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards and local market requirements.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies and solutions, preferably including experience with brands such as Cisco, Check Point. 
Experience in product management, product ownership, or technical pre-sales within IT, with skills in market analysis, product positioning, and portfolio management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical, and marketing teams, and to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, user-friendly language.
Solid organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency with standard office and productivity tools for reporting, forecasting, and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, CCSE, security certifications) are an advantage.
Proficiency in English and local languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work on-site in Pristina, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in partner and client interactions.
