HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Location: Head Office - Pristina
Reports To: Head of HR
Job Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for executing the operational functions of the HR department. This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance are effectively managed. The HR Manager will provide guidance and support in addressing HR-related concerns while implementing the strategic initiatives set by the Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee the HR operations, including recruitment, and performance management.
- Provide operational support for employee relations, addressing issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly HR reports, and HR metrics to track key performance indicators.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in line with company policies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs.
- Manage the performance management system, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR matters, including staff development, talent management, and employee performance.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, and HR metrics to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR on the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, and 3 years on HR management.
- Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, and Power Point.
