Job Description
- Formulate and develop composite materials using natural binders and fibers
- Lead pressing, drying, and curing trials in laboratory settings
- Analyze and document strength, porosity, dimensional stability, and material behavior
- Drive optimization of binder combinations and production processes
- Manage prototyping and pre-production sample development
- Contribute to technical documentation and R&D reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Chemistry or a related field
- Solid understanding of composite systems, binders, or sustainable materials
- Hands-on laboratory experience is required
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- English or German is a strong advantage
