Job Description


Formulate and develop composite materials using natural binders and fibers
Lead pressing, drying, and curing trials in laboratory settings
Analyze and document strength, porosity, dimensional stability, and material behavior
Drive optimization of binder combinations and production processes
Manage prototyping and pre-production sample development
Contribute to technical documentation and R&D reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Chemistry or a related field
Solid understanding of composite systems, binders, or sustainable materials
Hands-on laboratory experience is required
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
English or German is a strong advantage
