CXO Group is a UK-based events company that brings together Chief Data Officers, CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers and other senior technology leaders through invitation-only summits and executive dinners internationally. 
We're growing our team and are looking for ambitious, motivated sales professionals based in Kosovo to join us as Delegate Sales Executives.
What You'll Be Doing
Your role will be to identify, engage and invite senior executives from some of the world's largest organisations to attend our events.
You'll spend your time researching target companies, reaching out through LinkedIn, email and telephone, building relationships with senior decision-makers and managing your own pipeline of prospects.
This is a proactive sales role that requires confidence, resilience and strong communication skills. You will be speaking directly with senior business leaders and representing a well-established international brand.
Responsibilities

Research and identify senior executives within target organisations
Engage prospective delegates through LinkedIn, email and telephone outreach
Build relationships with senior decision-makers
Manage and progress your own pipeline
Register confirmed delegates and support them through to attendance
Maintain accurate records within HubSpot CRM
Achieve monthly delegate booking targets

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a sales, business development, recruitment or other target-driven commercial role
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident and professional communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Organised, disciplined and able to manage your own workload
Resilient, competitive and comfortable working towards targets
Experience of telephone-based sales and relationship building is highly desirable
