About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audit Analyst who will support the audit and assurance team by performing detailed financial analyses, verifying accuracy of accounting records, and assisting in the preparation of audit reports. This role involves both financial and operational auditing, ensuring compliance with Swiss GAAP, IFRS, and internal control frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct analytical reviews of financial statements and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Reconcile general ledger accounts, verify documentation, and validate audit evidence.
Support audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting under Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS.
Evaluate internal control systems and suggest improvements.
Prepare working papers, audit documentation, and compliance schedules.
Assist in preparing management letters and audit findings.
Coordinate with accounting teams and external stakeholders to gather audit evidence.
Stay current on Swiss audit regulations, digital asset accounting, and evolving compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CFA preferred).
Proven experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis, with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, either in an accounting/audit firm.
Knowledge of digital asset accounting frameworks and financial regulations.
Familiarity with tax implications related to cryptocurrencies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Benefits:

Salary range EUR 1,400–1,600 per month, depending on skill and experience.
