Estimator

	 	 
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our growing team. In this role,  you will be responsible for surveying projects, estimating labor and material costs, and  communicating financial requirements and project timelines to clients. This position  offers competitive compensation, along with opportunities to work on diverse and  rewarding projects. You must have excellent English skills, keen attention to detail, and  experience as a civil engineer. 
RESPONIBILITIES 
The Estimator is responsible for determining project timelines, labor requirements,  material needs, and potential budget risks. This role involves close communication with  internal personnel and subcontractors, as well as preparing reports and presentations  outlining project recommendations. 
MAIN TASKS 
The typical tasks you’ll be assigned include, but are not limited to the following: 

Meet project deadlines. 
Assess projects by identifying requirements related to time, labor, and material  costs. 
Read blueprints and analyze all relevant documents to prepare accurate  estimates. 
Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects during project takeoffs  to ensure precision. 
Oversee the calculation, analysis, and adjustment of estimates. 
Present estimates to clients in a timely and professional manner. 
Recommend cost-reduction strategies. 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
Exceptional communication skills. 
Previous on-the-job training is an advantage. 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills. 
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities. 
Effective time management skills.

Work Hours: Standard working hours are from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
