About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Service Delivery / Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of client projects and services. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery, mitigating risks, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful delivery of client projects and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, governance, and phase approvals.
- Coordinate change requests and ensure agreed actions are implemented.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, project objectives, and client expectations.
- Support project handover and transition into operational support.
- Continuously improve service delivery processes and project management practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project planning, delivery reporting, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
