Property Coordinator 

ZION is a locally rooted property management company specializing in workforce housing across New York City. We are owner-operators who bring an owner’s perspective to every building, focused on long-term asset preservation, consistent cash flow, and tenant care. Our team takes pride in delivering hands-on management, strong compliance, and clear communication across all aspects of operations.

Position Summary

The Property Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day property management operations across ZION’s NYC portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Prishtina, with working hours from 14:00 to 22:00. This position ensures exceptional customer service for residents, smooth coordination between teams, and efficient administrative support for property managers.

This is a full-time role for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident & Customer Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries via phone and email.
  • Address resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and provide accurate information about property services.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, courteous communication.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Support property managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and listings for apartment rentals.
  • Assist in scheduling inspections, maintenance visits, and vendor appointments.
  • Keep reception and common office areas organized and presentable.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Assist in implementing and improving internal processes, reporting tools, and customer service systems.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing software.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
