CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

“Valdrin Sahiti” is looking for an experienced and highly driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can transform vision into structure, execution and measurable business results.
The COO will work directly with the Founder/CEO and will be responsible for building and leading the operational framework that enables the company to scale efficiently, professionally and internationally.
THE ROLE
- Lead and oversee the company’s day-to-day operations.
- Translate the Founder/CEO’s strategic vision into clear operational plans and measurable objectives. • Build, improve and implement systems, processes and performance standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams and establish clear accountability across the organization. • Develop and monitor KPIs, budgets and operational performance.
- Identify inefficiencies, operational risks and opportunities for growth.
- Build a high-performance culture based on accountability, discipline and execution.
- Oversee key operational relationships with partners, suppliers and external stakeholders. • Work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic planning, organizational development and business growth. • Establish the infrastructure required for the company’s next stage of international growth.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of professional experience, with significant experience in management or operations.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex operations.
- A demonstrated track record of improving processes, efficiency and business performance.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting and business KPIs.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
- The ability to operate independently, take ownership and make difficult decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, creative industries or international business is considered an advantage.
