Business Development Specialist
Within Business Development Department
Location: Head Office, Prishtina
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of business initiatives that contribute to the bank’s strategic growth objectives. The role focuses on market and portfolio analysis, product and process development, campaign coordination, performance monitoring, and close cooperation with branches and relevant departments to strengthen client acquisition, client relationship management, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support the development and implementation of business development initiatives, campaigns, and product-related projects in line with the bank’s strategic objectives.
- Analyse portfolio performance, market trends, client behaviour, and business opportunities to provide structured insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Coordinate with branch network, sales teams, marketing, risk, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure effective execution of business initiatives and process improvements.
- Prepare reports, business cases, presentations, and performance analyses related to products, campaigns, client segments, and strategic projects.
- Contribute to the improvement of client-oriented processes, digital solutions, and internal tools that enhance efficiency, service quality, and business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in economics, finance, business administration, management, or another relevant field.
- Previous working experience in banking, business development, sales, product management, analytics, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams.
