Our client, a leading global outsourcing services provider, is looking for a Recruiting & HR Specialist,  for their new offices in Prishtina.  
Responsibilities 

Independent execution of end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, pre-screening of  candidate profiles, conducting interviews, and competency assessment)  
Preparation of employee documentation (employment contracts, addenda, etc.) 
Maintaining personnel files  
Maintaining and updating data in HR systems  
Coordination and execution of onboarding and offboarding processes  
Preparation and submission of data for payroll processing  
Handling additional tasks in HR administration and internal communication with employees  
 Participation in employer branding projects  

Requirements 

Fluent German – mandatory  
At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes  
Basic knowledge of Kosovar labor law and experience in HR processes  
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)  
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor  
Experience in a BPO environment or an international work environment is an advantage
