Job Title: HR Assistant (M/F)
Location: Teleperformance Kosova
Start Date: September 2022
Language Requirement: German B2 and English B2

Responsibilities

Maintaining personnel records;
Update internal databases;
Prepare HR documents (contracts, sick leaves, references, etc.)
Managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and
Updating and maintaining internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Reply to payroll inquiries

Requirements and skills

Good German (B2 level) and English language (B2 level) skills are a requirement
Experienced in similar position is preferable
Experience with HR software, like HRIS, HRMS or Payroll is preferable
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) is a requirement
