Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join our international school community in Pristina, Kosovo. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of young learners. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with our international early childhood curriculum.
Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment for young children.
Monitor and assess student progress and maintain regular communication with parents.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to promote a team-based school environment.
Incorporate modern teaching strategies and technology into classroom instruction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
Teaching License 
Experience working with preschool-aged children; experience in an international setting is a plus.
Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their academic and social development.
