Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant - 5 Positions Available

Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00
Work Arrangement: On-site
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building strong relationships, and designing tailored learning solutions that help organizations develop their people and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct training needs analyses and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and recommendations to clients.
- Support the design and delivery of learning and development programs.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for continued collaboration.
- Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Strong written and spoken English language skills.
