Finance Specialist
Location: Prishtina (on-site)
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00
Work Arrangement: On-site
As we scale up, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to support our accounting and financial reporting operations across local and international entities. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while playing a hands-on role in accounting processes, reporting, and coordination with multiple group companies, including entities in Kosovo and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting for revenue, including issuing and recording sales invoices
- Monitoring accounts receivable and supporting collections with the sales team
- Accounting for costs, including vendor invoices, accruals for unbilled expenses, and sales commissions
- Managing bank transactions and supporting vendor payment processes
- Assisting in the preparation of management accounts and supporting external audit processes
- Supporting financial reporting for group companies (Kosovo and GCC entities)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with accounts receivable, payables, and general ledger processes
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and international environment
Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant — 5 Positions Available
Location: Prishtina, Kosovo
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00
Work Arrangement: On-site
With demand for our services on the rise, we're looking for 5 motivated and commercially minded L&D Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you'll drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building strong relationships, and designing tailored learning solutions that help organizations develop their people and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct training needs analyses and recommend suitable learning solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and recommendations to clients
- Support the design and delivery of learning and development programs
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for continued collaboration
- Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and industry forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Strong written and spoken English language skills
