Location: Libya, Benghazi

Position description:

The director of the amusement park is responsible for the overall management of the amusement park's operations, the organization of daily operations, the safety of visitors and employees, financial results and business development. The goal of the position is to ensure profitable business while respecting high standards and quality of service for all visitors, with efficient management of human and material resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes and coordinates the work of all organizational units of the amusement park.
  • Adopts operational and business development plans.
  • Management of all processes, including recruitment, training, deployment and performance evaluation of employees.
  • Supervises the work of employees and organizes the work schedule.
  • Takes care of the application of security procedures and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Takes care of the continuous supervision of the correctness and maintenance of amusement devices and equipment.
  • Takes care of the implementation of regulations in the field of safety, security, occupational safety and fire protection.
  • Takes care of performing regular technical maintenance and checking the correctness of all entertainment content, devices and equipment.
  • Takes care of the timely provision of the necessary permits, approvals and certificates related to the business. amusement park.
  • Monitors the quality of services and the satisfaction of visitors and suggests improvement measures.
  • Prepares reports on work, business results and implementation of plans.

The domain of responsibility also includes:

  • Creating and monitoring budgets, cost control and income analysis.
  • Development of marketing activities and promotions to increase attendance.
  • Solving complaints and taking care of visitors' satisfaction.
  • Cooperation with suppliers, inspections, local institutions and business partners.
  • Organization of special events, manifestations and seasonal programs.
  • Preparation of reports on operations and proposing measures to improve work.

Required qualifications:

  • University degree in management, economics, tourism or related fields.
  • Experience in management positions, preferably in the entertainment, tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of security standards and procedures.
  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of computer work and basic financial analysis.
  • Necessary knowledge of the English language.
