Content & Community Manager
ABOUT US
We are building a new team in Prishtina as part of Firma.ch AG, based in Zug, Switzerland. Together, we develop modern web platforms for the Swiss and European market.
We are a bootstrapped company. We build for the long term using our own capital, not short-term investor funding.
THE ROLE
We are building a platform for businesses in Kosovo and Albania. It is new, and almost nobody knows it exists yet. Your job is to change that.
This is not a strategy role. You will make the content, post it, talk to people, and see what actually gets a reaction — and then do more of that.
You are the first marketing person here, so you will work directly with the founders. There is no agency behind you and no playbook to follow. What there is: a real product, a market nobody has built for properly, and the freedom to try things without asking permission first.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build our presence on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — in Albanian, for Kosovo and Albania
- Make the content yourself: short videos, posts, stories, business features. Not briefs for someone else to execute.
- Find and work with local influencers and content creators — you know who is worth working with, you can approach them yourself, and you can tell real reach from bought followers
- Talk to business owners: get them on the platform, tell their stories, turn the good ones into content
- Represent us at local events, business meetups and community activities whenever it makes sense
- Run simple paid campaigns on Meta with a small budget — nothing complicated, just enough to see what works
- Notice what worked and repeat it. We do not need dashboards. We need someone who pays attention.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are not looking for an agency in one person. No SEO strategy, no CRM automation, no multi-market funnels. One market, one language, and content people actually want to watch.
Required
- Accounts you have grown yourself — send us links. Your own, a client's, or a brand's. Real followers, real engagement. This matters more than anything on your CV.
- You can produce content on your own: film it, cut it, write it, post it
- Strong writing in Albanian — our audience is here, and the tone has to sound like a person, not a company
- Comfortable approaching people you do not know, online and in person
- Some experience with Meta Ads, or a genuine willingness to learn it quickly
- You can tell the difference between a post that got likes and a post that got results
If you are early in your career but have built an audience yourself, apply. What you have made counts more than how long you have been doing it.
Nice to have
- Existing contacts among Kosovar or Albanian creators and influencers
- Basic design in Canva or Figma — enough to make your own visuals
- Experience marketing to business owners, not only consumers
- Good written English
- German — useful later, not needed now

- A newly opened office in central Prishtina with modern equipment, working hours 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Equipment you need to produce content, and a budget for tools and courses
