We are pleased to announce an opening for an Infrastructure Site Engineer, offering candidates the opportunity to join the teams of our partners in Libya. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the execution of construction works, including the sequence and coordination of project activities.
- Monitor contractors’ and consultants’ work and coordinate with relevant project participants.
- Analyze potential delays, claims, and other issues arising from contractual relationships between consultants and contractors.
- Review, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, technical specifications, and contract documentation.
- Monitor compliance of construction works with technical documentation, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Work on infrastructure projects and monitor the application of appropriate construction methods.
- Use AutoCAD to review and analyze technical documentation; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Identify deviations, potential issues, and risks during project implementation and proactively initiate timely solutions.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and professional project and technical reports, clearly distinguishing facts from interpretations.
- Coordinate and communicate professionally with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor multiple activities and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Independently follow up on assigned activities, take initiative, and resolve problems without constant supervision.
- Maintain high standards of professional integrity, accuracy, and documentation discipline in daily work.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
