We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Head of Policies & SOP Standards Department, offering candidates an opportunity to join the teams of our partners in Libya. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of methodologies and templates for policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and related documentation.
- Manage the document review and quality control process within the Enterprise Development Division (EDD) before documents are submitted to the relevant authorities for approval.
- Coordinate with document owners, subject-matter reviewers, and the Document Control department.
Qualifications:
- University degree, or a higher education diploma with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of business policy and document governance principles.
- Knowledge of document review and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to manage stakeholder collaboration and make decisions.
- High level of professional integrity.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
- High level of discipline in information management.
