Key Responsibilities:
- Lead activities involving process architecture, mapping, diagnostics, and the application of process improvement methods.
- Prioritize approved process reviews and ensure that findings and conclusions are based on relevant data and evidence.
- Coordinate with Process Owners and relevant specialist functions.
Qualifications:
- University degree, or a higher education diploma with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of business process architecture.
- Leadership skills in process improvement.
- Ability to conduct evidence-based analysis and strong facilitation skills.
- Sound judgment and a high level of professional integrity.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
- High level of discipline in information management.
