We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Head of Enterprise Planning Department, offering candidates the opportunity to join the team of our partners in Libya. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Enterprise Planning Department under the direction of the EDD Director, translating the department’s mandate into a practical work programme and ensuring the delivery of results.
- Lead enterprise planning, alignment, KPI management, and portfolio reporting methodologies.
- Coordinate plans and management information across IPH and its subsidiaries.
- Ensure traceability from priorities to initiatives, resources, and performance measures.
Qualifications:
- Operations Officer or Engineer – University degree in any field, or a higher diploma with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Finance Officer – University degree in economics or accounting, or a higher diploma with at least 10 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Enterprise planning, performance management, management reporting and synthesis, sound judgment, integrity, learning agility, communication, collaboration, and information management discipline.
