Qualifications
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the construction industry, particularly in technical project preparation.
- A thorough understanding of construction standards, regulations, and practices.
- Proficiency in design and technical documentation software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- The ability to manage projects effectively, including team and resource coordination.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Preparing technical documentation and project planning materials.
- Coordinating with teams and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Applying construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Using design software tools, including AutoCAD and Revit.
- Monitoring and managing resources and project deadlines.
