Your Responsibilities
- Own social media and digital presence: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels
- Plan, create and publish posts, campaigns and editorial calendars
- Maintain and develop website content (copy, visuals, landing pages, freshness, basic SEO)
- Concept, design, send and evaluate newsletters
- Manage company and location profiles: Google Business / Maps, Apple Maps, Bing Places and similar POI portals
- Design graphics, banners, posts, stories and simple print/digital templates
- Keep brand look and tone consistent across all channels
- Community management: comments, messages and reviews – professional and timely
- Measure performance (reach, engagement, leads, website traffic) and act on the data
- Align closely with management, sales and HR – content for the German market and for Kosovo/international audiences
- Edit photos/videos from daily business and adapt them per channel
- Run smaller campaigns, recruiting posts and event/location communication
Your Profile
- Solid experience in marketing, social media and content – ideally in a mid-market or owner-managed company
- Excellent German (C1 or native), written and spoken – mandatory, as the German market is the priority
- Confident English (B2/C1) for international channels and coordination
- Strong design skills: Canva and/or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express) or comparable tools; clean, on-brand visuals
- Experience with LinkedIn (organic and ideally ads), Instagram, Facebook
- Experience with website maintenance (WordPress or similar) and newsletter tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo, CleverReach)
- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile / Maps; Apple Maps and Bing Places are a plus
- Strong writing: clear, correct, on-brand – in German and English
- Basic SEO, tracking (Google Analytics / Search Console) and ads manager skills are a plus
- Independent, reliable working style, eye for detail and deadlines
- Professional communication with management and specialist teams
- Basic photo/video skills (smartphone or camera) are a plus

We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media professional with design skills who will build and maintain our visibility in Germany and internationally – on the website, social channels, newsletter and digital location profiles (Google, Apple, Bing).
Day-to-day work for the German market is in German. English is required for international content and coordination.
