Broad LLC is hiring a Senior AI Video Creator to be the strongest editor and AI creator on our production team in Prishtina. Your job is to produce the best work on the team, every day, and to pull everyone around you up to that level. You take briefs from our Creative Lead, execute the hardest and most important pieces yourself, and set the standard the rest of the team is measured against.

Six months ago this team did not exist. Today we produce thousands of pieces of content for clients across different industries, almost all US-based, several of them large companies with high expectations. We are adding clients and adding people, and the team in Prishtina is about to grow. Most of our production processes are still being written. This role will write a large amount of them.

This is a hands-on role. You will generate and edit every day. If you are a strong editor who has already been the person everyone asks when something looks off or a tool breaks, and you want that to be your actual job rather than a side task, this is the step up.

Work setup:
The role is office-based in Prishtina at the start so training, workflow setup, and communication can be done properly. After the initial period there may be a possibility to move to a hybrid setup, depending on performance, reliability, communication, and team needs. Because the team and clients are US-based, strong English and availability during US Eastern hours are required.
How does the structure work?
You report to the Creative Lead, who is based in North America and owns client relationships, concepts, and briefs. You own the quality of what gets made. The junior AI Video Creators look to you for how work should be done, how to improve, and how to continue raising the collective bar for deliverable across the entire team.
What you'll do:
Produce the best work on the team

Take briefs from the Creative Lead and execute the hardest, highest-stakes pieces yourself: new client launches, formats the team hasn't done before, anything a large client will see first.
Produce videos using AI generation tools (image, video, voice), professional editing software, and our internal automations, and push what those tools can do further than the rest of the team.
Your work is the reference. When a junior asks "what does good look like," the answer is your last export.


Hold the quality bar

Review the team's output before it goes to the Creative Lead or the delivery team. Approve it or send it back with specific feedback for team to execute.
Own the checklist: captions, formats, aspect ratios, brand rules, file naming, pacing, hooks. Nothing goes out below standard.
When the same mistake shows up twice, fix the process, not only that specific deliverable.


Upskill everyone around you

Teach. Sit with juniors, show them how you would execute, explain why, and watch them do it again to ensure understanding.
Turn what you know into short, usable guides so the next hire ramps faster than the last one.
Test new AI tools and techniques as they come out, work out what is useful, and bring the team up to speed on immediately.
Notice who is improving and who is stuck, notify the Creative Lead so the team can continue producing and improving.


Keep the pipeline moving

Break briefs into clear tasks, assign them, and keep multiple clients moving at once
Flag risks to deadlines early, while there is time to take action

What we're looking for
This role needs a real editor first. AI experience is required too, but the person we want has spent years cutting video and knows what good looks like before any tool is involved.

Must have

3+ years of professional video editing, with short-form social content as a large part of that
A portfolio of work you cut yourself. We will ask to see it and we will ask how you made it!
Strong command of at least one professional editor (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar), plus CapCut for fast turnarounds!
Hands-on experience with AI video, image, and voice generation tools in the last 12 months, with shipped work to show for it!
A track record of being the person others learn from, formally or not. We will ask for examples!
Strong written and spoken English. You will be in Slack and on calls with a US team every day!
Strong organization. Being able to handle moving pieces across many clients, and nothing falling through the cracks!
Feedback that is direct, specific, and not harsh!
Availability during US Eastern hours and willingness to work from the Prishtina office!


Bonus

Experience building automations or prompt workflows with tools like Claude or ChatGPT that produced content at volume
Your own projects: a YouTube channel, TikTok account, freelance client base, anything you built and ran yourself
Deep familiarity with TikTok, Reels, and Shorts and what performs on each
A working understanding of the difference between organic content built for virality and paid content built for conversion
Experience formally managing or training a team

How we work
The AI video space changes every few weeks. Tools, models, and formats that worked last month may be outdated next month. We need someone who tests new tools on their own, works out what is useful, documents it, and trains the team, rather than waiting for instructions.
We live in Slack. We communicate fast and often, we ask questions, and we get on calls when typing is slower than talking. You will work closely with the Creative Lead and the US team every day.
