PlusHouse is a PropTech platform on a mission to transform the visibility of the Balkan real estate market and connect it with opportunities across Europe and the world.
We are currently building a dedicated Sales Department and are looking for 3 motivated and ambitious Sales Agents to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ambition to grow within a modern and rapidly developing company.
The Role
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting real estate agencies, introducing them to PlusHouse, understanding their needs, and building strong business relationships.
You will play an important role in expanding the PlusHouse network of real estate agencies in Kosovo, the Balkans and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact real estate agencies through outbound calls and other communication channels.
- Present PlusHouse and its products and services to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate information and activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and other departments.
- Provide feedback about agency needs, objections and market opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process.
Requirements
- Previous sales or call center experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated by results.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with different types of clients.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of another language is an advantage (preferred, Greek, Montenegrin. Slovenian, Macedonian or Croatian).
- Experience in real estate, technology or B2B sales is an advantage.
