Business Rationale
The role is intended to strengthen the Marketing Team with dedicated technical SEO expertise, particularly in areas such as Semrush, SEO analysis, search strategy, and performance reporting. The position will complement the existing Marketing and Web Development functions, provide specialized support, and allow the wider team to focus more strongly on campaigns, brand awareness, content, website initiatives, webinars, newsletters, and other marketing priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct SEO audits to identify search-performance gaps and opportunities and provide prioritized recommendations for improvement.
Use Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO tools to monitor and analyze organic search performance.
Interpret SEO data and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations for the Marketing Team.
Conduct keyword research and identify SEO opportunities for website pages, campaigns, articles, landing pages, and new services.
Provide SEO guidance for website content, metadata, headings, internal linking, keyword usage, and search intent.
Analyze competitor SEO performance and identify opportunities to strengthen MSECB’s organic visibility.
Monitor key SEO indicators, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and search visibility.
Prepare regular SEO performance reports with clear findings, trends, and recommended actions.
Support the Marketing Team with SEO knowledge, best practices, and guidance as needed.
Monitor and improve MSECB’s visibility across AI-driven and answer-based search environments, identifying AEO/GEO opportunities and recommending improvements to content, structure, and technical implementation.
Work collaboratively with the Web Developer and Marketing Specialists, providing SEO analysis and recommendations Top of Form

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and organic search optimization.
Advanced working knowledge of Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and other relevant SEO tools.
Strong ability to conduct SEO audits, identify performance gaps, and recommend prioritized improvements.
Experience interpreting SEO data and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of keyword strategy, search intent, metadata, internal linking, backlinks, rankings, and organic visibility.
Experience preparing SEO performance reports and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing Specialists and Web Developers, providing SEO analysis, guidance, and recommendations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and AI-driven search optimization, including how content and website structure can improve visibility across generative and answer-based search experiences.
Experience with B2B, professional services, certification, compliance, or international websites is an advantage.
