Brand Manager

Role Overview
Swiss Orange Group is seeking a creative and organized Brand Manager to strengthen our brand presence, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
The primary focus is on brand awareness, marketing campaigns, events, and professional representation of Swiss Orange Group in the European market.
This is a marketing-focused position, not a sales role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management

Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Manage brand messaging and marketing materials.
Ensure professional representation across all channels.

2. Marketing & Social Media

Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns.
Manage LinkedIn and other social media activities.
Create and coordinate marketing content and promotional materials.
Monitor brand visibility and marketing performance.

3. Events & Networking

Represent Swiss Orange Group at industry events across Europe.
Coordinate event participation, preparation, and follow-ups.
Build professional connections with potential customers and partners.
Support networking activities without direct sales responsibilities.

4. Marketing Operations

Coordinate external designers, content creators, and marketing partners.
Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
Prepare presentations, company profiles, and promotional materials.
Report regularly on marketing activities and results.

Required Qualifications

Experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, digital marketing, and content creation.
Willingness to travel within Europe for business events.
Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
Experience in IT consulting or technology services is preferred.
