Architect

Flex Business Solutions is looking for Architects to join our amazing team. As an architect, you will be responsible for developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents. If you can visualize space in three dimensions and have excellent knowledge of construction technologies, we want you to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- As part of an Architectural and Engineering team, you will be responsible for the development of 3D rendering production and specification from construction documents.
- Design development in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals.
- 3D modeling and rendering
- Working collaboratively with the New York Office staff
- Working with the Project Manager and the Project Architect to prepare presentations
- Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD
Qualifications:
- Excellent written/spoken English
- Architecture Degree
- Complete knowledge of construction drawings standards
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong Design, computer, technical, and graphical skills
- Attention to details, highly organized, great communication, collaboration, and teamwork
- Dynamic and multitasking for the A&E office
