Broad is building software that helps teams manage and analyze social-media operations. We’re looking for a mid-level full-stack engineer to help us build and improve features across our frontend, backend, internal tools, and client-facing products.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain features across our React frontend and Node.js backend.
- Work within our TypeScript monorepo and contribute to shared components and packages.
- Develop responsive web applications using React, TanStack, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
- Build and maintain APIs and backend workflows using Node.js, tRPC, Zod, Drizzle, and SQL.
- Work with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including database models, queries, and migrations.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Bring data from different sources together into dashboards, reports, and product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and tested code.
- Work closely with product and operations teams to turn requirements into practical solutions.
- Use AI tools where useful to improve development speed and productivity.
You should have:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, ideally building full-stack web applications.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience building full-stack web applications in a production environment.
- Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- A good understanding of APIs, authentication, permissions, and common web application security practices.
- Ability to take a feature from requirements through implementation, testing, and release.
- Good written communication and willingness to work across both frontend and backend.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a monorepo using Turborepo, Nx, or similar tools.
- Experience with TanStack, tRPC, Zod, Drizzle, Tailwind CSS, or shadcn/ui.
- Experience integrating external APIs or third-party services.
- Experience working on dashboards, analytics products, or internal tools.
- Experience using AI development tools as part of your workflow.
