About EchoNut
EchoNut develops sustainable acoustic panels made from natural and recycled materials. Our products combine modern interior design with functional room acoustics and are used in offices, hotels, restaurants, conference rooms, and other commercial spaces.
To support the growth of our project business, we are looking for an Interior Architecture Intern (m/f/d) who wants hands-on experience planning and implementing acoustic interior solutions alongside our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Support on-site measurement of customer spaces and buildings
- Help record room dimensions, wall areas, ceiling heights, and relevant structural conditions
- Assist in creating and editing floor plans
- Support planning the placement of EchoNut acoustic panels
- Help calculate required panel area in m² and the number of panels needed
- Contribute ideas to interior concepts for offices, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial spaces
- Assist with simple visualizations and customer presentation materials
- Support coordination between customers, sales, production, and installation teams
- Help prepare documentation for production and installation
- Support the team in developing standardized planning concepts for EchoNut
Your Profile
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- First exposure to interior space planning (through studies, projects, or a previous internship) is a plus • Basic understanding of floor plans, measurements, and area calculations
- Interest in spatial design, materials, and proportions
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Archicad, SketchUp, or similar software
- Motivated, independent, and structured way of working
- Comfortable communicating with customers and team members
- Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus
- Interest in acoustics is an advantage, but not required
