Working from our brand-new office in Prishtinë, you'll help develop AI-powered workflows, create cutting-edge marketing content, explore emerging technologies, and identify innovative ways to improve efficiency across the business.

What You'll Do

Assist in developing AI-powered workflows to streamline day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, and administration.
Use AI tools to create high-quality property descriptions, marketing content, social media posts, presentations, and client communications.
Produce AI-generated property renders, lifestyle imagery, promotional videos, and marketing assets using leading generative AI platforms.
Create, test, and refine prompts across multiple AI models to produce accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Research, evaluate, and implement new AI tools that improve lead generation, marketing performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Support the automation of repetitive tasks using AI, including CRM updates, reporting, document creation, and internal processes.
Assist with market research by using AI to analyse real estate trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop innovative AI-powered campaigns that enhance the customer journey.
Document AI workflows, best practices, and successful use cases to support company-wide adoption.
Stay at the forefront of AI developments, continuously identifying new technologies that can give E N D Properties a competitive advantage.

What We're Looking For

Passion for Artificial Intelligence and a genuine interest in applying AI to solve real business challenges, with minimum 1 years previous work experience.
Hands-on experience using leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Flux, Ideogram, or similar tools.
Ability to use AI to create high-quality images, architectural renders, videos, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other creative assets.
Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to generate consistent, high-quality outputs across multiple AI platforms.
Interest in AI automation, workflow optimisation, and improving business efficiency.
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
