This isn't an agency role managing multiple clients. You'll focus on building one premium international brand, generating high-quality leads, creating engaging campaigns, and making a measurable impact on business performance from day one.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and other lead generation channels.
- Plan and create engaging marketing content across social media, email campaigns, blogs and property listings.
- Grow brand awareness and generate qualified leads through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns and marketing automation.
- Work closely with our sales team, photographers and videographers to produce high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and CRM data, continually improving results through testing and optimisation.
- Help shape the voice, identity and online presence of E N D Properties across international markets.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and use modern AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, creativity and campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and digital marketing reporting tools.
- Confident managing multiple projects and working independently.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for generating leads and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English and Albanian, both written and spoken.
- Creative thinker with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
