Financial Controlling Specialist within Finance Department
Main responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of business plans, forecasts and financial projections.
- Perform financial, profitability, and bank performance analyses.
- Prepare management and Board reports, presentations, and financial analyses.
- Analyse key financial and business performance indicators, profitability, and variances across products and segments.
- Prepare pricing analyses for products and services based on business requirements and support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling methodologies, reporting processes, automation, and data quality.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Financial Controlling Unit and Chief Financial Officer.
Skills and experience
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, banking, finance, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse financial data and investigate discrepancies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory).
