ProCredit Bank Kosovo is currently looking to recruit a full-time:
Micro Business Specialist within Micro Business Department
Main responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of the Micro segment, including KPIs, portfolio trends, and efficiency indicators;
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer needs assessments, and identify opportunities for the development of the Micro segment;
- Analyze and propose improvements to processes, operating models, and workflows within the Micro segment;
- Support the simplification, standardization, and automation of processes through LOS or other approved platforms;
- Monitor the usage and performance of banking products for Micro clients;
- Prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making;
- Support the development and review of products and offerings for the Micro segment;
- Support branches in implementing standards and improving operational efficiency;
- Collaborate with Coordinators, BCAs, and relevant teams to ensure coordination, gather feedback, and propose improvements.
Skills and experience
- University degree, preferably in Finance or Economics;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
- Good knowledge of banking products and processes for the Micro Business segment;
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis;
- Strong orientation towards process improvement and automation;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- At least 3 years of work experience in financial institutions;
- Good command of the English language.
