Job Title: Unreal Engine Developer

We are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine Developer to join a full-time project focused on the design and visualization of houses, both interior and exterior.
The project is built in Unreal Engine 5.4 and primarily uses Blueprints. The platform aims to provide users with an interactive, high-quality 3D experience where they can design, configure, and visualize residential spaces in a realistic environment. This includes working with interior layouts, exterior architecture, materials, lighting, objects, and interactive design flows that help users better understand and personalize their future living spaces.
This is not only a technical role. We are looking for someone who can actively contribute ideas, communicate clearly with the team, take initiative, and help improve the product experience from both a development and user perspective.
Responsibilities
As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

Developing and improving features in Unreal Engine 5.4 using Blueprints
Working on interactive 3D environments for house design, including interiors and exteriors
Implementing user-friendly design and configuration flows
Supporting the creation of realistic architectural visualization experiences
Collaborating with designers, developers, and project stakeholders
Optimizing performance and ensuring a smooth user experience
Identifying technical challenges and proposing practical solutions
Taking initiative in improving existing features and suggesting new ideas
Communicating progress, blockers, and technical decisions clearly with the team

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Unreal Engine
Strong experience with Blueprints
Experience working with Unreal Engine projects involving 3D environments, visualization, configurators, simulations, games, or interactive applications
Good understanding of materials, lighting, cameras, interactions, and performance optimization
Ability to work full-time and collaborate closely with the team
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the project goals

Nice to Have
The following skills are considered a strong bonus:

Knowledge of C++ in Unreal Engine
Experience with web technologies or programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar
Experience with architectural visualization projects
Experience with 3D configurators or product customization platforms
Understanding of integrations between Unreal Engine and web-based platforms
Experience with UI/UX implementation inside Unreal Engine
