Content Creator
Location: Prishtinë
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and ideas for video content
- Film, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, promotional videos)
- Create photo and video content aligned with brand guidelines
- Write captions, social media copy, and promotional materials
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work (videos, campaigns, social media content)
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
- Strong sense of storytelling, creativity, and visual communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Motion Designer
Location: Prishtinë
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms
- Develop animated content for social media, advertising campaigns, presentations, and website
- Transform creative concepts and ideas into compelling visual stories
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaign materials
- Create short-form animated videos (Reels, ads, promotional videos)
- Design animated elements for branding, product launches, and communication materials
- Edit and optimize videos for different platforms and formats
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Stay updated with animation trends, tools, and creative techniques
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Animator, Motion Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating animation and motion design skills
- Proficiency in tools such as: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator / Photoshop, Blender or another 3D software (a plus)
- Strong understanding of timing, composition, storytelling, and visual communication
- Ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
