About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Client Acquisition Manager to drive ORA1’s growth by identifying, approaching, and converting new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility is to generate new clients, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and close high-value deals.
This is a results-driven role for someone who enjoys networking, negotiating, and creating opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries.
- Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking.
- Qualify leads and understand their business challenges.
- Present ORA1’s services with confidence and professionalism.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Close new business deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Keep the CRM up to date and manage the sales pipeline.
- Represent ORA1 at networking events and business meetings when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Albanian. (Dutch is a strong advantage)
