What are we looking for?
We’re searching for a motivated Junior ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to grow in the ERP field, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

• Supporting clients in implementing and customizing ERP software to meet their business needs.
• Providing training and technical support to end-users.
• Collaborating with the team to resolve system-related challenges.
• Analyzing client requirements and suggesting process improvements.
• Documenting procedures and maintaining system updates.
• Customer care.

Required knowledge and skills for candidates:

Knowledge of ERP Systems:

• Experience and skills in configuring ERP systems.
• Understanding of the structure and functionalities of ERP systems.

Business Process Knowledge:

• Understanding of business process flows (e.g., sales, procurement, finance, logistics).
• Ability to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

Financial Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of financial concepts and accounting (e.g., balance sheet, profit/loss, financial account movements).

Desired knowledge and skills for candidates:

Technical Skills:

• SQL: Basic knowledge in SQL to create and modify simple queries.
• Fast Report: Experience in creating customized reports.

SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS):

• Installation and configuration.
• Database management, including backup and restore processes.

API:

Knowledge of working with APIs for integrations with other systems.

Fundamental Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or final-year students).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Albanian is required.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
