Responsibilities:

• Conducting talent searches for models and beauty influencers.
• Collaborating with the casting director to validate profiles.
• Negotiating of remuneration.
• Daily sourcing of new talent to add to our catalog.
• Maintaining and updating our talent database.

Requirements:

• Advanced English
• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
• Interest in the world of beauty and fashion.
• Experienced in G-Suite, Monday, Slack, and Excel.
