Head of Creative Operations Short-Form Creator Agency | Fully Remote
Our Agency produces high-volume short-form content for a select roster of social media creators across Europe. We manage the full content process: ideation, scripting, filming plans, raw-footage intake, editing, quality control, delivery and performance feedback.
We are looking for a senior Head of Creative Operations to take control of this production engine.

- Reconcile expected, usable, QC-approved and delivered content.
- Track capacity, workload, revisions, deadlines and blockers.
- Make evidence-based staffing and resource recommendations.
- Ensure client-specific requirements are documented and followed.
- Identify risks before they affect clients or delivery.
- Turn recurring QC issues into training, templates and process improvements. Use performance and QC findings to help steer creative priorities and testing.

Your recurring outputs will include:
- A verified production report.

- Experience managing performance, coaching teams and addressing underperformance.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Meaningful UK and European working-hours overlap.
