About Us
We are a professional services company based in Kosovo, supporting companies in Germany and Kosovo with Microsoft cloud and workplace solutions. We design, operate and improve device management for Windows, mobile devices and packaged software – with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune.
We are looking for an Intune / MDM Expert who can take ownership of modern device management and software packaging for German client environments. Daily project language is English.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android and, where needed, macOS
- Manage mobile devices end to end: enrollment, compliance, configuration, app deployment, wipe/retire and user support
- Implement Windows Autopilot, enrollment profiles, configuration profiles, compliance policies and update rings
- Package and deploy software: Win32 (.intunewin), MSI, MSIX, Store apps, line-of-business apps, detection rules, dependencies and supersedence
- Configure Conditional Access, app protection policies (MAM) and app configuration for mobile apps
- Integrate Intune with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint and existing on-premises identity where hybrid
- Maintain groups, filters, assignment logic and role-based admin access
- Troubleshoot enrollment, policy, app and compliance issues for clients in Germany
- Document standards, runbooks and packaging recipes; hand over clean, repeatable processes
- Support rollouts, device refreshes and migrations from classic tools (SCCM/MECM co-management, GPO-to-Intune)
- Advise clients on device lifecycle, security baselines and practical MDM best practices
Your Profile
- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (typically 3+)
- Strong practical knowledge of MDM for Windows and mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Solid software packaging experience: Win32, MSI, detection rules, silent install/uninstall, supersedence
- Experience with Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles and Conditional Access
- Confident troubleshooting with Intune reports, Company Portal and device logs
- Excellent English (business fluent, written and spoken) – mandatory for client work
- German is an advantage for DACH client workshops, not a must
- Structured, reliable working style and clear documentation
- Microsoft certification MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) is expected or a strong plus; MS-102 is welcome
- Plus: co-management with Configuration Manager, Defender for Endpoint, Zebra / rugged devices, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, PowerShell, Graph API
