Teleperformance, the world’s largest customer service company, is currently recruiting on behalf of its client for a Senior DevOps Engineer position. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international and innovative environment while working remotely.
What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure stable operations of the company’s core products and platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve operational incidents and outages
Build automated tests, monitoring, and alerting systems to improve operations
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure safe and reliable deployments
Develop expert knowledge of the application stack and infrastructure
Create and maintain operational knowledge bases and runbooks
Participate in post-mortem sessions and document lessons learned
Drive operational excellence through regular review sessions

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
4+ years of experience in software development, technical support, or operations
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, argoCD, and Linux environments
Experience debugging custom SaaS application stacks (Java) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate crisis resolution
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during outages
Very good English language skills
