Emlex is currently looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (German Speaking) to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional individual with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in customer support or customer service and demonstrate a high level of professionalism when communicating with German-speaking clients.
What You’ll Be Doing

Provide professional support to German-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Document customer interactions accurately and follow internal processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication

What We Are Looking For

German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory)
Previous experience in Customer Support or Customer Service is required
Good English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
