Position: Production Assistant

About the Role
Echonut is looking to hire a Production Assistant to join our operations team and contribute directly to the production process. This position requires physical labor and a commitment to quality and order in the workplace.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist on the production line following the supervisor's instructions.
- Perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and organizing materials/products.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Perform basic quality checks on products during the production process.
- Report any defects, technical issues, or irregularities to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to meet the daily production plan.
Required Qualifications
- High school education (preferred, not required).
- Willingness and physical ability to perform manual labor throughout the workday.
- Dedication, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Prior experience in production or physical labor is an advantage (not a requirement).
