Receptionist & Barista 

Location: SELISE Kosovo, ITP Prizren 

Employment Type: Full-time 

About the Role 

For our new office in Prizren, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and service oriented Receptionist & Barista

This is a combined role covering both our front desk and office bar. You will be the first  point of contact for employees, candidates, clients, and other visitors while also preparing  and serving coffee and beverages from our office bar. 

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, creates a welcoming atmosphere, and can  confidently manage both hospitality and administrative responsibilities. 

Your Responsibilities 

Reception and Guest Management 

  • Welcome clients, candidates, partners, and other visitors in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Register visitors and maintain an accurate visitor log 
  • Ensure that visitors sign the required NDAs and other documents 
  • Inform the relevant employees when their guests arrive 
  • Support the coordination of meetings, interview appointments, and client visits
  • Provide visitors with basic information and directions within the office
  • Answer and forward incoming calls or general enquiries when required
  • Ensure that reception procedures, security requirements, and confidentiality  standards are followed 
  • Keep the reception and waiting areas organised and presentable 

Barista and Hospitality Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages for employees and guests
  • Operate and maintain the coffee machine and other bar equipment
  • Ensure that the office bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked 
  • Monitor supplies such as coffee, milk, tea, cups, and other bar materials
  • Report or coordinate the ordering of supplies before stock runs out
  • Support the preparation of refreshments for meetings, workshops, and client visits
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

What We Are Looking For 

  • Friendly, welcoming, and professional personality 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time 
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual working style 
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic international BPO office environment
  • Good English skills; German skills are considered an advantage 
  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or as a barista is an  advantage 
  • Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office 
  • Willingness to learn both reception and barista processes
