As part of the German-based Toynamics Europe GmbH and the global Hape Group, we provide digital, creative, and marketing services that help bring innovative, sustainable, and inspiring toys to children around the world.
To further strengthen our creative team in Kosovo, we are looking for an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer (Print & Digital) who is passionate about design, embraces new technologies, and enjoys working in an international environment.
Your Responsibilities

Independently create and develop high-quality graphic designs for print and digital media across our international brands.
Design and produce product catalogues, brochures, flyers, sales presentations, and other marketing materials.
Create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, newsletters, and e-commerce platforms.
Edit, retouch, and optimise product images for print, online shops, and marketing purposes.
Adapt existing product packaging designs, including layout adjustments and multilingual versions.
Ensure consistent implementation of our brand identities and corporate design guidelines across all communication channels.
Use modern AI-powered design tools to support creative processes, improve efficiency, and explore new design possibilities.
Independently manage design projects from initial briefing to final production, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with our international marketing, sales, and product management teams.

Your Profile

Several years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally 5+ years in a similar position, supported by a strong portfolio.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong experience in both print and digital design, including professional print production and preparation of print-ready files.
Proven ability to create visually appealing marketing materials, social media graphics, and digital content.
A strong eye for design, typography, colours, composition, and visual storytelling.
Practical experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar solutions, combined with a strong interest in exploring new technologies.
experience with data publishing tools, ideally Xactuell
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
Excellent attention to detail, structured working methods, and strong organisational skills.
Good English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
Possibility to travel on project base to Germany. 
Optional: Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects would be an advantage.
