Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, clean, and structured interfaces for real operational systems and client-facing applications.
What You’ll Do

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Work closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure feasibility and clarity
Design user experiences around real operational workflows and business processes
Build and maintain consistent design systems
Improve usability of existing systems through iterative design improvements
Support implementation by clearly communicating design intent to engineers

What We’re Looking For

Experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web or mobile)
Strong portfolio showing real product/interface work
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Strong understanding of user-centered and systems thinking
Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear interfaces
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience designing dashboards or operational systems
Basic understanding of front-end development
Experience working in product or engineering-led teams
Exposure to structured or enterprise-style software environments
