Overview
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys working across the stack and taking ownership of features from idea to production.
You’ll be building real systems used in day-to-day operations, working across Flutter-based applications and backend services that power them. This is a role for engineers who care about how things work end-to-end, not just isolated components.
What You’ll Do

Build and ship full-stack features across mobile/web (Flutter) and backend systems
Turn product requirements into working, production-ready software
Design and implement APIs, backend logic, and data flows
Build clean, responsive, and reliable user interfaces
Work closely with product and design to shape solutions, not just implement them
Ensure systems are performant, stable, and maintainable in production
Participate in architectural decisions and system design discussions
Debug and improve real systems used by real users

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Flutter and Dart in production environments
Experience building backend services (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Solid understanding of APIs, data modeling, and system integration
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
Strong grasp of state management in modern front-end architectures
Ability to think across the full stack, not just one layer
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Comfort working in fast-moving, collaborative environments

Nice to Have

Experience with Firebase or similar backend platforms
Familiarity with native Android/iOS development concepts
Experience working on operational or business-critical systems
Strong UI/UX awareness and attention to product detail
Exposure to product-led or engineering-driven teams
