We are currently looking for experienced Call Center Agents to join our growing team.
Position: Call Center Agent (English-Speaking)
Location: Pristina – Rruga C
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site only)
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a call center or similar role
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- High level of professionalism and responsibility
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 15:00 – 23:00
