Casting Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate individual to join our casting team as a Casting Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting the production department with the organization of remote shoots.

Responsibilities:

Conducting talent searches for models and beauty influencers.
Collaborating with the casting director to validate profiles.
Negotiating of remuneration.
Daily sourcing of new talent to add to our catalog.
Maintaining and updating our talent database.

Requirements:

Advanced English
Experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
Interest in the world of beauty and fashion.
Experienced in G-Suite, Monday, Slack, and Excel.
